- 18 Frozen Rhodes Rolls
- Cooking Spray
Thaw out 18 Rhodes Yeast Dinner rolls. About 90 minutes.
Cut each roll in half.
Generously spray a standard 12 cup muffin tray with cooking spray.
Line up 3 halves in a row and place cut side up in a muffin cup.
Repeat with remaining dough halves.
Cover it lightly with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Let it rise until double in size. About 1-2 hours depending on how warm your kitchen is.
Once the rolls have risen, bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
Serve warm.
