Halloween Appetizer Eyeballs

Ingredients

  • 12 Slices Smoked Deli Ham Thinly cut
  • 24 Mozzarella Ciliegines *Or cherry tomato sized
  • 24 Pimento Stuffed Green Olives

Instructions

  • Drain and gently pat dry mozzarella ciliegine.
  • Cut off about 1/3-1/2 of each olive bottom. Depending on how big each one is will determine how much you need to cut off.
  • Cut each slice of ham in half width wise.
  • Using a sharp paring knife, cut a hole In each mozzarella ball, not going all the way though. You are creating a cavity for the olive to fit in.
  • Place an olive with the pimento side up in the center of each mozzarella ball.
  • Accordion fold each slice of ham and wrap it around each mozzarella ball. Be sure to tuck the ends in under the bottom to hold it all into place.
  • Place in an airtight container and chill until ready to serve.
  • *Will last 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
