Philly Cheesesteak

Cheesesteaks with Bell Peppers and Onions are perfect year round! Super tender beef on naan or you can serve them on a hoagie bun.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs Beef New York or Ribeye Steak Thinly Sliced
  • 3 whole Bell Peppers Yellow, Red and Orange
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion
  • 1 pkt Au Jus Dry Mix Packet
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 8-10 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 10 Naan

Instructions

  • Heat up stainless steel pan over medium high heat.
  • Add in about 2 TBSP vegetable oil and heat for about 1 minute.
  • Place half the meat in the pan and sprinkle with 1/2 packet of au jus dry mix.
  • Brown for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining beef.
  • Deglaze the pan with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Add in sliced peppers and onions.Season with salt and pepper.
  • Saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Once pepper and onions are tender add back in beef and heat up just for a minute or two.
  • Place a good helping on top of each naan and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
  • Microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted.
  • *You can do all of them at once in a preheat 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes.
