Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 TBSP Chicken Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Citric Acid Powder Or Juice from 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Mix together ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • Marinate 4 Ribeye steaks for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
  • Grill steaks over medium heat, flipping every 2 minutes until internal temperature reaches 140 for medium well.
  • Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • *Do not marinate longer than 2 hours. The citric acid will start to break down the meat too much.
