- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 5 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 TBSP Chicken Fajita Seasoning
- 2 tsp Citric Acid Powder Or Juice from 1 Lime
Mix together ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Marinate 4 Ribeye steaks for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Grill steaks over medium heat, flipping every 2 minutes until internal temperature reaches 140 for medium well.
Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
*Do not marinate longer than 2 hours. The citric acid will start to break down the meat too much.
