1headIceberg Lettuce
4 stripsThick Cut Bacon
1pintCherry Tomatoesquartered

Instructions
Remove the outer layers of a head of iceburg lettuce. 1-3 leafs should be fine.
Trim off most of the bottom of the core then cut the head into quarters. If it is a large head you can always cut those quarters in half.
Place onto a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut cherry tomatoes in quarters and set aside
Cut 8 slices of thick cut bacon into 6 pieces each.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on a paper towel and set aside.
