I’ve really enjoyed playing around (and eating) Indulgence (chocolate cream cheese). I got a pretty generous shipment of it back in January and since then I’ve been sharing it with friends and family. One of the great perks of my job! It’s created so that all you have to do is dip into it, but I’ve been dying to create something with it. You could frost anything with it, but I wanted it to have a little more body for my cupcakes.
Dark Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

1 8 oz. tub Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese, brought to room temp
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP heavy cream or milk
With a mixer, cream together chocolate cream cheese and butter. Add in vanilla and mix. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in heavy cream to thin it out just enough to make it perfect!
White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

1 8 oz. tub White Chocolate Cream Cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP heavy cream or milk
With a mixer, cream together white chocolate cream cheese and butter. Add in vanilla and mix. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in heavy cream to thin it out just enough to make it perfect!
