I usually like to hold onto the winter months as long as I can, but this year I can’t wait for spring to come! I already have our trip planned to the local strawberry patch and have a list of the recipes I’m going to use them in.
Since I was in the strawberry mood I couldn’t help myself and had to make this Strawberry Lemonade dip a few weeks ago. It only has two ingredients and is the perfect combination of tart and sweet! I use a version of it to frost my Strawberry Lemonade Cake.
It turned out to be a perfect after school snack for the kids, but would even be fun for a baby/bridal shower, picnics and BBQs.
