Christmas Magic Cookie Bars are deliciously made with graham crackers, coconut, and chocolate chips. Bake it to golden perfection and then let it cool completely before cutting it into squares.
I don’t know about you, but I love being in the kitchen baking all the goodies during the holiday season. The problem is most years I don’t have a as much time as I wish I would have. That’s why I share some simple and easy treats. My husband loves my Soft and Chewy Ginger Sandwich Cookies and they are a cinch to put together. My oldest son recently discovered a love for Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and it’s quicker to make than waiting in line at Starbucks. And you really can’t beat my Christmas Donut Trees when it comes to creating something for that holiday impact!
Christmas Cookies
These Christmas Magic Cookie Bars are pretty spectacular. It’s probably not very lady like to admit that I am NOT over all the goodies, treats, and desserts yet. There is something about Christmas time that all those sweet things taste extra good!
I guess you can use red and green candies on practically anything and call it Christmasy. These cookie bars are surprisingly delicious and the right amount of gooey!
I always pick up a few mini Christmas M&M’s this time of year because you can practically use them on everything. Mix them in with some popcorn, dip large marshmallows into chocolate and top with min M&Ms or simply sprinkle some across your whipped cream topped hot chocolate!

Here are some pointers that you need know before hand, though.
- Be sure to completely cool the bars before freezing.
- You can freeze the entire thing uncut. Be sure to lay it flat in the freezer or it will crack.
