Without thinking I told our middle son when he was 4 that ham was just pink chicken because he’d only eat chicken. It wasn’t until years later I realized how that was not great for when he started to cook on his own. But ham then became his favorite and then it got him to eat beef so it’s only a partial regret. *I promise when you join me here on Instagram, there will be no actual pink chicken in any of my recipes! My mom very rarely did these two things. Baked. And made things from scratch. With the exception of these Banana Muffins. The chocolate chips are my addition to this recipe, but it’s the secret the secret ingredient that makes these so soft and fluffy. “I really wish these muffins were perfectly shaped.” I have food friends who make the most gorgeous muffins. They have the best domes and are ultra bakery ready.
