Creamy Lemon Pastina

Creamy Lemon Pastina is infused with fresh lemon, butter, parmesan cheese, and cream. All brought together with the tiniest and delectable pasta.

There are recipes that seem so simple to be so incredible. Chicken Apple Pasta Salad is one of those type of recipes. Made with just a few ingredients, but it all comes together seamlessly. I think pasta recipes tend to surprise you like that. Pasta is something everyone has on hand, but can be a little underrated. My Artichoke Pasta Salad is one of my favorites, but definitely made with just a few pantry ingredients!

Lemon Pasta

The very first time I made this recipe, I had not even tried it first before serving it to 20 strangers. I was cooking lunch and dinner for a three day baking retreat put on by my friend Heather over at That Bread Lady.
I needed a simple side dish for a little beach picnic that was to accompany homemade Monte Cristo Sandwiches.

I thought lemon would be a good flavor profile to go along with it, and this recipe came to my mind. It’s so unassuming, but I loved seeing the surprised looks on the women’s faces when they tried it. It was my second most requested recipe to share.

My first being Stuffed Pumpkins I had served them two nights before. This creamy pasta has just a hint of lemon and the texture is unbeatable. You could most certainly serve it along side some grilled chicken and asparagus to bring it all together for a complete meal.

How To Make Lemon Pasta
