Buttermilk Pancakes are incredibly easy to make in your own home. These are better than any pancakes you can get at all the diners! Super fluffy with a hint of sweetness. Slather them in butter and maple syrup and you have the perfect weekend breakfast.
We Love Breakfast
My most favorite thing to eat is breakfast! And not necessarily at breakfast time. Some of my favorites are these Lemon Raspberry Scones. I also can’t resist these Homemade Biscuits topped with a healthy portion of this Raspberry Butter!
When I first discovered this recipe, it’s the only pancakes I’ve made ever since. My family loves them!
I’ve gotten smart and quadruple the batch (you can change the quantity in the recipe card), cook them all, then freeze them. In the mornings it take a minute in the microwave and they are just as perfect as when they were first cooked!
Is your family a pancake family, too?
