I have to admit that I’m drawn to sweets that are frosting in pink anything. That was a huge reason why I wanted to make these cookies! However, sprinkles are an ever bigger weakness of mine! Especially on anything chocolate. It’s like I’m a little giddy girl on the inside whenever I see them.
Once I had frosted these Chocolate Chocolate Swig Style Cookies, I knew they needed that extra touch of colorful sprinkles. You could totally leave them off, but why would you?
You are more than welcome to add a little more powdered sugar to the frosting to make it thicker, but I like the look of the poured frosting.
