I am one who stresses.
Always have.
Hope to not always will.
One of the (many) things I am trying to not stress about with Liam going to school is lunch. I want him to have the best nutrition, a super fun lunch and not be too hungry during the day. Am I the only one? Silly, I know.
I’ve been doing some searching on some fun lunch options for him (since I will be making his lunch every day because he’s too picky of an eater to get a hot lunch). I wanted to share some of these fun ideas with you!
I loved Lisa’s (100 Days Of Real Food) idea of doing pinwheel kabobs.
Melissa (Another Lunch) has dedicated a whole blog to lunches and
shared this fabulous recipe for Chocolate Chip Granola Bites. Liam would totally eat this!
We all know Mel (Mel’s Kitchen Cafe) and she had a great idea to make
a little list of lunch solutions that she keeps taped up in her cabinet.
And how adorable is this little lunch calendar for all of us OCD moms out there!?
Angela (Anything But Perfect) is the talent behind this goodness and
you can download it for free here.
Carolyn (All Day I Dream About Food) has a wonderful recipe for homemade fruit snacks. Um…YUM!!!
One Charming Party always has great ideas, but this book worm is too cute!
I could go on and on. Now instead of stressed about what to do, I’m excited!
So, for all you veteran mom’s of school kids, what are some of your favorite go to tips and tricks when it comes to school lunch?
