I love creating my own recipes, but it’s also so fun to try out other’s recipes. Most of the time I like to tweak it to my liking by omitting ingredients or adding in things that maybe my family would like better. Rarely do I ever like the original recipe. Until now. Sally over at Sally’s Baking Addiction came up with the most phenomenal Peach Streusel Muffins. Like, really really good! The thing is, I only had nectarines on hand, not peaches.
