Yes.
I’m coming out of the woodwork.
And for a good reason.
Many of you recently heard/read about a woman named Katrina Galbraith Lawrence. She passed away at the beginning of May from complications of childbirth. It’s rare that you hear about that in these modern days. But it happens. As sad as it is, it still happens.
My heart completely goes out to her family.
All of her family.
Every single family member.
You may be asking why post about this now and not when it happened weeks ago. Well, I feel like there was a ton of publicity and fundraisers going on at the time. And now, I’m sure some of you have forgotten all about it. Not that it’s a bad thing. We all have our own lives and families to take care of.
But, you see, her family hasn’t let one single day go by where they have forgotten that it happened. Her husband I’m sure is still mourning the loss of his partner. His love. And her five children and 1 month old baby are missing their mommy. I can tell you that they are surrounded by the love of their family and friends. And most importantly surrounded by the love of Katrina, our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
Money doesn’t fix everything, but it sure can help in times like this. The family has set up a place where you can donate here. I’m also going to link up on my side bar.
I encourage you to check out the website they set up for all of this. There are some great hopeful stories and smiling pictures to help you realize that we will live with our Heavenly Father again some day. There is life after death and families can be together forever!
