I was introduced to them last year and I’ve been chasing them ever since.

I’ve had some in California, Disney, and here in Texas.

So this recipe is based off some authentic recipes. I need to make my own so I could have them anytime I wanted.

All three of my boys beg for

these most Saturday mornings.

All three of them are teenagers so one little order from our fav chicken place doesn’t hold them for long.

So we make these Mini Chicken Breakfast Sandwiches from home now (even on Sundays) and they are just as wonderful as the original.

And I’m saving money this way, too!

People hated me when I first

posted this recipe last summer.

They were a little upset by the cost of the beef.

I get it.

I do.

But what they didn’t realize is that all of this fed my family of 5, TWICE!

3 out of the 5 of us are teenage boys, too, so that’s saying something.

It was around $7.00 a serving, which for us was still cheaper (and better) than any drive through will be.

the moment you witnessed Carlisle Cullen get 💀 in Breaking Dawn Part 2?

The theater I sat in was feral and in a tizzy the moment it changed from what was written in the book.

I mean, there were plenty of alterations from book to screen, but that one was epic.
